About this vacancy

EA Foulds are an established business offering the opportunity for an apprentice to join their office team in an administrative role. Over the course of the apprenticeship the successful candidate will gain valuable working experiences that can be carried forwards into any future positions.

Good IT literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication skills both in person and over the phone

Conducts themselves in a professional manner
Organised, reliable and punctual
Able to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines

Desired qualifications

GCSE grades C (4) or above required on both Maths and English

Duties/main responsibilties include:

Service renewal
Request purchase orders as per contract requirement
Check service receipts & pass to relevant department
Invoicing
Filing paperwork
Log all breakdown calls onto ESM & contact engineer
Contact customers regarding repairs to lift
Answer incoming calls
Produce relevant certificates & booklets
Report customer feedback & H&S issues to Service Manager & other general administrative duties

Working week

Monday to Friday 8:00 – 17:00 Friday 8:00 – 16:30
