Burgess Bedding are a company that take pride in making quality handmade beds. The successful apprentice will have to learn new skills and aim to produce high standard products.

Duties/main responsibilties include:

To learn all aspects of both divan and mattress production to enable the successful applicant to move from area to area to cover any absences both planned and unplanned.

In both areas the applicant will need to follow certain requirements whilst meeting high company standards.

• Laying out components
• Checking job specs
• Following methods for each process
• Form cutting
• Packing completed mattress ready for shipping
• Completing process paperwork

Working week

Monday to Thursday 8:00 – 17:00 Friday 8:00 – 13:00
