Deepening Understanding is an educational organisation that are looking for an apprentice to join their office team. In this position you will be required to deal with customers on a daily basis and no two days will be the same. This position requires someone who has a willingness to learn both in the classroom and workplace that will allow them to grow in the role over the course of the apprenticeship.
You will need to be able to work well both in a team and individually which will require good communication and leadership qualities. Deepening Understanding are looking for a reliable and punctual individual that has a positive attitude towards work.
For the right candidate this apprenticeship can lead to future full time employment or progression onto a higher level qualification.

• Set up customer subscriptions via our website
• Add customers to SAGE
• Create and send invoices
• Create VAT receipts for online sales.
• Collate time sheets ready for payroll
• Respond to customer emails
• Contact customers for payments
• Complete customer/subscription spreadsheets
• Contact subscribers re suitable packages
• Creating/sending mailing list/newsletter emails
• Generating coupons/promotions
• Upload content to our website
• Adding content to web-based resources
• Finalising online content
• Creating content for our social media pages
• Maintaining/monitoring social media content
• Liaising with our design team to ensure artwork is ordered
