Belvoir Burnley are locally owned letting agents based in Burnley. Operating as letting specialists, They have been helping landlords in Burnley for 15 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, daily and weekly.
  • Liaising with clients by e-mail, telephone and face to face
  •  Producing landlord rent statements
  • Chasing arrears
  •  Raising contractors monthly remittances
  • Dealing with tenant applications, credit checks & referencing
  • Varied administration duties involving working on your own initiative and as part of a busy team
  • Ensure that the highest image of the company is projected at all times
  • Maintaining detailed knowledge of company’s product and services
