We celebrate our milestones and enjoy quarterly get-togethers. Our culture is about pulling together, helping one another, about putting forward good ideas and feeling part of something bigger than yourself

Personal qualities

We are more interested in you, as a person, and your flair and creativity as opposed to a piece of paper you may have in your possession confirming your qualifications as these are not necessary to enter the apprenticeship scheme. • Punctual
  • Presentable and friendly nature
  • Willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated, striving to be the best
  • Responsiveness and willing to solve any problem
  • Creativity and ability to evolve
  • Honesty in everything you do
  • Reliability to meet standards on time every time

We are looking for shining stars and diamonds in the rough with a passion to discover, invent, simplify and build.

It goes without saying, that the usual stuff you normally read on the people specification of a job description would be a consideration; punctual; good team worker; proactive; blah blah blah but we can discuss all that at interview!

Why don’t you wow us with your creative flair and submit your application as you see fit – anything goes! Give yourself the best chance, make yourself stand out from the rest and surprise us!
