Rectella International are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, passionate and hardworking IT Apprentice to join our team based in Burnley.

Duties/main responsibilties include:

The main duties of the role include:-

• Provide 1st line support
• Logging helpdesk issues and escalating when necessary
• Remote access troubleshooting
• Configuring systems and updating
• Ensure user data and systems are maintained correctly
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software faults on standard user workstations
• Build an understanding of back office and production systems

Working week

Monday to Friday  9:00 – 17:00
