Hodder Motor Services are offering an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start a career in accounting. Over the course of the apprenticeship the successful candidate will be exposed to multiple different areas of accounting and gain valuable working experiences. You will join an experienced team and look to become an integral member.

Duties/main responsibilties include:

• Book in jobs on the computerised diary, and produce job cards for the fitters
• Check on stock and order products from suppliers as needed
• Produce invoices from the completed job cards
• Take payment and allocate the payments to the invoice
• Chase any outstanding invoices on a regular basis and general credit control
• Input supplier invoices and reconcile statements
• Month end stock reports
• Keep the office clean and tidy and ensure that the public areas are kept clean and safe
• All other aspects of a busy office

Working week

• Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:00
