Duties/main responsibilties include:
- Dealing with inbound incidents and requests via the companies help desk
- logging, prioritising, and classifying tickets, acquiring as much information as possible.
- First line Support & Investigation
- Escalating to an appropriate engineering where necessary.
- Updating customer on their ticket progress.
- Performing daily and weekly checks of backups and remote monitoring.
- Keep help desk up to date and make sure that every ticket has time logged.
Working week
Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00
