Duties/main responsibilties include:

  • Dealing with inbound incidents and requests via the companies help desk
  • logging, prioritising, and classifying tickets, acquiring as much information as possible.
  • First line Support & Investigation
  • Escalating to an appropriate engineering where necessary.
  • Updating customer on their ticket progress.
  • Performing daily and weekly checks of backups and remote monitoring.
  • Keep help desk up to date and make sure that every ticket has time logged.

Working week

Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00
