About this vacancy
To provide a point of contact for patients and act as a focal point of communication between patients, doctors and other medical staff.
Duties/main responsibilties include:
- All telephone and face to face contact with patients must be conducted in a professional, friendly and helpful manner.
- Ensure all patient details are correct on the clinical system.
- Relay messages in an efficient and effective manner both to patients and GPs.
- Ensure your work area and reception is kept free of hazards.
Monday To Friday the hours of work will be between 8.00am-6.00pm
