About this vacancy

The main function is to perform the administration duties and assist the Commercial Manager on a number of projects to help function the Commercial Department to help improve the Profitability of PIH projects and the AR process.

Duties/main responsibilties include:

· Inputting of weekly / daily site reports every week, including additional trackers for aiding forecasting purposes. This will include chasing information from Project Manager’s / Supervisors if the information is not received.

· Setting up of Commercial project documents to consist of project set-up documents, compiling contract sales order / forecast templates / application templates / margin opportunity reports

· Inputting and extracting data from SAP, to consist of maintaining and updating sales orders, billing plan, and planned revenue for live projects in line with commercial forecasts and information provided by the contract administrator / assisting with cost control in line with the budgets / extracting data for commercial manager to review costs/margins impacts and opportunities

· Assisting with the month end process, updated the SAP process, inputting of monthly revenues and compiling summaries for reviewing project summary and margin assessments

· Standardisation of documents and compile, maintain and monitoring spreadsheet detailing contract and purchase order values for exceeding to aid AR with the contract administrator

· General administration to include filing / photocopying / updating document transfer register / reviewing manhours with project personnel/ archiving / creating new folders, manually and electronically

· Liaising with clients regarding submission of applications and invoices

· Assisting contract managers in locating evidence for variation orders or profitability reporting
