Quest Electrical is a nationwide industrial electrical contractor, having been in business for almost 30 years, they have built a solid reputation. The company are now looking to offer a fantastic opportunity to an enthusiastic individual to develop in the business through a Level 3 apprenticeship.

Good IT skills – basic knowledge of Excel and Word
Very good written and verbal communication skills, with a good phone manner
Great customer service skills

Able to multitask and work in a very busy environment
Attention to detail and accuracy

Desired qualifications

GCSE Maths and English Grade 4 (C) minimum, or equivalent.

Duties/main responsibilties include:

Be the first point of contact for new business enquires
Deal with enquiries over the telephone or through Live Chat
Effective communication with all key business relationships
Be competent in using social media platforms such as LinkedIn
Be able to cover administration duties when required.

Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00
