Lawson postpone 4th May gig due to illness

It's with regret that Lawson have to postpone their show in Burnley on Sunday due to illness. Frontman Andy Brown has been told to rest under doctors orders. It is the first time in the five years that Lawson have been together that they've had to cancel a show and the band are incredibly disappointed however with Andy's medical history, advice from experts is never taken lightly. The show will be rescheduled for 7th June and all tickets already purchased will be vaild. More information here...

Well done to Burnley College Pan Ability football team who performed amazingly at the Ability Counts National Cup final at St George's Park on Tue 28th May. Students Make Art Out of Recycled Books

Old books at Burnley Library were given a new lease of life in a collaboration between Advanced Level Art and Design students from Burnley College Sixth Form Centre and year 9 students from Unity College.
