This is a key role in supporting the operations department to implement and maintain high standards of servicing and repair requests, by providing the best customer service to our internal and external customers. This role requires the daily scheduling of all incoming requests, by updating the engineers Calendars to maximize engineers’ capacity to ensure they are fully tasked on performing servicing and repair jobs to a very high standard. It is expected that you speak with your engineers on a daily basis regarding awaiting parts, parts deliveries, processing replens and requesting part numbers. Whilst supporting then engineer on any other administration duties throughout the day.
- The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
- Total hours per week: 40.00
