Applicants must be have good communication and interpersonal skills. They must be reliable, willing to learn, able to follow instructions well and work in a team.
Tasks include:-
- Providing a customer focused response to telephone calls, enquiries and requests
- Logging customer service requests and orders on bespoke software
- Keeping well organised files and records of business activity
- Raising invoices, purchase ordering, sending emails.
Working week
- The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
- Total hours per week: 35.00
Weekly wage - £140.00
