Purchasing & Production Planner (RI11)

The job involves purchasing, production planning, goods inward, despatch and general stock control along with general admin duties.

A breakdown of key tasks are:

• General admin. and running of reports
• Raising purchase orders with suppliers
• Supplier maintenance and pricing
• Production planning within the factory/unit
• General stock control duties
• Goods inward
• All transport out requirements during in season
• Control of reject stock and supplier debit notes
• Customer returns and potential supplier debit notes
• Assisting other stock control team members where needed, also other departments in season in relation to sales.
• Mainly office based

Working week

  • The hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 5.30pm and Friday 8.00am - 3.00pm
  • Total hours per week: 38
