This week, a top manufacturer in Colne is recruiting three Customer Services Apprentices to join their team.
Reporting to the sales team leader and working within the team, your Apprenticeship will mean you will need to be be keen to learn and have a reliable, can-do attitude. A proven team worker and a person who can be trusted to complete tasks alone or with little guidance when required.
Your main duties will include order taking and processing orders and dealing with returns and customer queries. For this, you'll ideally need to be reliable, loyal and hard working, a multi-tasker, computer literate, and have good communication skills to help you interact with customers and your team mates.
