The day to day requirements will include:
- Working with our senior personal trainers to assist with group training session delivery
- Facility maintenance tasks
- Online training allocation
- And more
The highest level of professionalism will be expected throughout, with each area of the role aimed at developing a high performing personal trainer. You will be working directly as a part of a highly skilled team of personal trainers.
The hours of work will be between Monday to Sunday. Shifts to be confirmed.
Total hours per week: 40.00
Most relevant skills will be gained throughout employment; however, we expect the applicant to be computer literate, able to follow clear instructions and able to work as part of a team and individually. In addition, we expect a general competency within fitness instructing at the start (and L2 qualified), with a willingness to challenge beliefs about nutrition, performance and personal training.
Finally, the applicant should demonstrate enthusiasm for working as part of a larger team, in addition to being comfortable completing individual tasks to contribute to the overall success of that team.
We expect all applicants to have a minimum of 5 GCSE or equivalent at grades 7-4/A-C, with maths and English being essential. In addition, a L2 Gym Instructor or equivalent qualification is required for all applicants.
This role will allow the successful applicant a huge insight into personal training and performance surrounded by, and becoming part of, a hugely qualified and experienced team. Development pathways will be suggested throughout employment, and a full time role within the company will be considered upon completion of the course.
