Training Administration

  • Update training records in line with the requirements as determined by our BSI audits.
  • Create new training records for new employees
  • Ensure copies of certificates are saved electronically
  • Send out mandatory training requests/ notification for existing and new employees
  • Update the training databases with completed training information
  • Book/Administer routine courses
  • Arrange training facilities as required e.g. training room, copy training material, book refreshments etc.
  • Assist with the administration of site cards
  • Create and issue new certificates to employees
  • Make up internal certificates for CPD/In-house training
  • Ensure the training records on the HR/training database is kept up to date and that all relevant historical data is recorded
  • Ensure the training files are kept up to date with new starters, leavers, and the filing of certificates
  • Assist where appropriate with any training administration tasks as requested by the Training Co-Ordinator/ HR Team

HR Administration

  • Acquire a basic understanding of the HR administration processes and procedures
  • Maintain personal files and filing
  • Answer phone calls and take messages to be relayed to the relevant members of the HR team
  • Assist, when required, with the co-ordination of payroll administration
  • Assisting with general HR administration duties that fall within department’s remit as directed by the HR team
  • Ensure the filing room is kept tidy
  • Undertake and maintain HR & Training filing for the department to a satisfactory standard
  • Archiving
  • Acquire a basic understanding of the HR and Training administration processes and procedures

Working week

  • The hours of work will be Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
  • Total hours per week: 37.50

Weekly wage - £192.30
