Apprentice Recruitment Consultant (ZP08)
  • Sourcing candidates through existing database, job boards, advertising, social media and referrals.
  • Formatting candidate CV's.
  • Assisting with gaining compliance documentation for candidates.
  • Responsible for updating and cleansing internal CRM database.
  • General administrative/sales support to the recruitment team.
  • Take brief/salary/AWR information and record accurate and comprehensive job description – check info/client requirements are in line with key processes and legislation
  • Write and place job advertisements on job boards and on company website following the template
  • Eligibility to work: checking and obtaining relevant documentation (right to work/identification/Limited Co/Umbrella/bank details)
  • Reference checking – candidates on 2nd interview or on acceptance of offer for contractors
  • Update and maintain client and candidate accurate information on database / store all required documents.
  • Ensure records are stored on your designated portal (passport/LtdCo/VAT certifications etc)
  • General Administration duties including
  • Any other duties as required

Working week

  • Monday-Thursday 9am-17:00pm Friday 9am - 15:00
  • Total hours per week: 38.00

Hourly Wage - £4.70
