This unit will help learners understand how mental health change occurs. They will look at the support available and the role of the support workers and others. Treatment options will be investigated as well as identifying support and resources available to those experiencing mental health problems.

This is a two-week course which can be done individually, or forms 1/3 of the units forming Supporting Mental Health Cluster which we offer at the college.
