Jaffer has secured a place on the prestigious BT Commercial Management Graduate Scheme after completing his studies at BCUC (Burnley College University Courses).

After studying for an Advanced Vocational qualification at Burnley College, Jaffer felt BCUC, which is based at the heart of the College Campus, was the ideal location to take his studies to degree level.

Jaffer graduated with an impressive 2:1 BA (Hons) degree in Business Management and was quickly accepted on the national BT scheme which offers graduates a series of placements across the business before their launch their career with the telecoms provider.

Paul has a wealth of experience in industry – at the heart of some of the world’s leading furniture manufacturers – that he brings to BCUC to inspire students and ensure they have an in-depth understanding of the world of business and management.

As well as working in management positions for the UK’s largest furniture manufacturer and IKEA during its inception in the UK, Paul has been admitted to the Worshipful Company of Furniture Makers; awarded the ‘Freedom of the City of London’ for his contribution to Furniture Manufacture and Design and was awarded the Licentiateship of City and Guilds for Furniture Manufacture.
