We are seeking an experienced and suitably qualified professional to lead on all aspects of Health and Safety within our outstanding College. Working proactively to promote a positive safety culture, you will support the College by ensuring the safety arrangements are efficient and effective.
Serving as an expert within the field of Health and Safety, you will ensure the College is compliant with legislation and with specific reporting and record keeping requirements, alongside supporting the preparation of risk assessments, method statements and other safety documentation across the College.
The successful post holder will develop, implement, deliver and co-ordinate health and safety training across the College and deliver training for safety qualifications; always ensuring training is effective and supports the safety of the College.
With a good general education and an appropriate Health and Safety qualification, you will have previous experience of working within a similar Health and Safety role and possess experience of auditing, investigating, report writing and presenting.
The salary for this post is up to £33,943.
