Monday - 9.00am – 8.00pm
Tuesday - 9.00am – 8.00pm
Wednesday - 9.00am – 8.00pm
Thursday - 9.00am – 8.00pm
Friday - 9.00am – 4.30pm

During College holiday periods, we close at 5.00pm on Monday to Thursday.

The staff in Student Services are here to help and guide you in your College life, whether you are a full-time or part-time student. We are situated on the ground floor just behind visitors reception.

We offer:
Information, Help, Advice and Guidance on anything related to your studies at Burnley College. We have trained and experienced staff available who specialise in:

· Careers Guidance
· Higher Education advice
· Learning Support
· Financial Advice
· College course information
· Personal Counselling
· Providing support, e.g. through multi-faith service, mentoring etc.

All students can access these services by making an appointment through your tutor or just calling in. If it is not easy for you to call in then we are always happy to talk to you on the phone. We can be contacted on 01282 711222. Appointments are always private and confidential.

In addition, Student Services provides a range of other services to help you during your time at College.
